Our microgreens are "Grown-to-Order", this means we begin seeding them the day after your order. It takes two weeks to grow, so you'll expect your produce to be delivered by then. We will contact you to set up a permenant delivery date so you know when to always recieve your greens. By doing it this way, we're ensuring you'll get the freshest produce ever! I CAN'T WAIT THIS LONG!!! Yeah no kidding, I wouldn't want to either. Nutrients in microgreens are amazing and I'd want that in my body immediately. Good news for you, I may be able to dip into my personal stash as your first delivery. This way you'll get it within a few days. I will contact you after your order if this is possible.

Cancellation requires a 7 days notice so we can stop your custom order. If your next delivery date is within these 7 days, that order will still be shipped and charged. The same goes for pausing/skipping an order. Email us @ info@superherogreens.farm with the subject title CANCEL or PAUSE, and your account details/needs in the body. We are a small family run business and hope you understand. We thank you for your business.

They absoluately are. There's been many studies found on this and a simple google search will return tons of articles. We're also not claiming microgreens can cure anything and everything (or even the items we listed as benefits). We're just using widely available scientific studies to make our own assumptions based on the facts. That being said, don't take our words on it. Do your research before making a purchase.

According to the United States Agriculture Department (USDA), it is recommended that all produce should be rinsed before consumption. A technique to washing microgreens is to rinse them. Do not soak your greens. We use purified water to grow our greens, so when all possible, utilize filtered water in your home to to rinse your greens. If not, you're goign to be introducing all the gunk that we removed for you.

We are not certified organic growers, but here's what we are. 1) We only use non-GMO seeds 2) we don't use any chemical fertilizers or pesticides 3) We utilize purified water 4) We utilize organic seeds whenever possible. Some seed varieties are not available as organic and at times our organic seed suppliers just don't have the goods.
