Arugula Microgreens
It's a favorite and generally considered a staple of the spicier side of microgreens. They are wonderful in helping keep bones healthy and strong. The same amount of calcium is contained in argular microgreens as is found in spinach. A benefit of the arugula microgreens is that it has a much lower amount of oxalates compared to spinich, which prevent full calcium absorption.

Subscription: Choose between weekly or every other week.
Yield per Size: S (~2 oz), M (~8 oz), L (~16 oz). Weight will vary per batch.

Please Note: All products are grown to order and delivered weekly or every other week (you decide on frequency). It takes about 2 weeks to grow microgreens and that is why we only sell them on a subscription basis. We normally have extra inventory on hand so you don't have to wait 2 weeks, but please understand this is for a subscription order.
Cancellation requires a 7 days notice so we can stop your custom order. If your next delivery date is within these 7 days, that order will still be shipped and charged. The same goes for pausing/skipping an order.
