Subscription Service

All of our products are grown to order and catered to each customer's needs. It takes about 2 weeks to grow microgreens and that is why we only sell them on a subscription basis.

Lead Time

I normally have some extras from my personal stash so you don't have to wait 2 weeks, but there may be occasions where that may not be possible. After your initial purchase, we will contact you with delivery time and instructions.

Cancellation / Pause

Cancellation requires a 7 days notice so we can stop your custom order. If your next delivery date is within these 7 days, that order will still be shipped and charged.

The same goes for pausing/skipping an order.

Email us @ info@superherogreens.farm with the subject title CANCEL or PAUSE, and your account details/needs in the body.

Customer Care

Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Just ping me if you're ever unhappy with our produce and I'll personally make it right. I only service the local community and we'll more than likely run into each other. We primarily get our business thru word of mouth, so please let us know if we missed the mark anywhere.
