It doesn't matter how healthy something is, it'll never go down the hatch if it doesn't suit your taste preference. Lucky for us, enjoying microgreens isn't quite as extensive of a journey as learning how to eat sashimi.

We'll describe some of the more popular microgreens using the five basic taste (sweet, sour, bitter, salty, umami) that our tongue is sensitive to. I will also use our other senses (sight, smell and feel) to further elaborate on their taste profile.
